Mocha Fudge w/Hazelnuts

The following recipe was shared at my Fudge Swap event. You can read about it and get additional fudge recipes HERE.

Mocha Fudge w/Hazelnuts

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz dark chocolate
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 C Hazelnuts

Melt chocolates, milk, and salt in a saucepan slowly over low heat.
Remove from heat, and stir in coffee and nuts.
Spread into a 9×9″ pan lined with wax paper.
Chill until firm (about two hours).
Turn onto cutting board and cut into one inch cubes.
Refrigerate uneaten portions, if any.
