A common Cuban snack is having crackers with guava paste and a white cheese, similar to cream cheese. I decided to make a sweet guava cream spread instead:
3/4 round tin guava paste, heated1 block cream cheese1 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients and fully incorporated and chill.Serve with crackers.
